These terms govern online purchases and agreed services from Earth's Material Trading Company, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our contact and registration details appear below. Mandatory Saudi consumer rights prevail over conflicting terms. Separate quotations may define installation and project scope without reducing those rights.

Review the product's specifications, variant, compatibility and installation requirements before ordering. A quotation request is not a paid purchase. Checkout purchases use Shopify's checkout service; the Earth's Material website and branded Shopify shop are part of the same buying journey.

Order availability and details are confirmed through the purchase process. If we cannot fulfil an order or discover a material error, we will contact you to resolve it and refund any payment due if the order is cancelled, in accordance with applicable law. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge extra without your agreement.

The currency, product price, applicable VAT, delivery charges and total payable are disclosed before you complete checkout. Check the final total before paying. Payment options are those shown at checkout. Keep the invoice and order confirmation as proof of purchase. Installation or commissioning is included only when expressly stated in your order or quotation.

Available delivery destinations, charges and any delivery estimate are shown at checkout or agreed in your quotation. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact us about a delay, missing parcel or damaged delivery. Delivery estimates do not waive the cancellation and refund rights available under the Saudi E-Commerce Law when statutory delay conditions are met.

Our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy forms part of these terms. Eligible online change-of-mind cancellations are subject to the statutory seven-day period and exceptions. Our original-condition, unopened, untampered and invoice conditions apply only as legally permitted. They do not exclude remedies for defective goods or mandatory warranty claims.

We use the information you provide to handle your order, quotation, delivery and support request. Checkout information is also handled by Shopify and the payment and delivery providers needed to fulfil your purchase, under their applicable privacy notices. These terms do not grant consent for unrelated marketing or waive your rights under Saudi data-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact us first so we can address an issue. This does not prevent you from contacting the Ministry of Commerce or another competent authority, or using any statutory dispute remedy. No term excludes liability or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing order.
