Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from Earth's Material Trading Company. Applicable Saudi law takes priority over any condition in this policy. Nothing here limits mandatory rights relating to defective, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied goods.

For eligible online purchases, you may request cancellation within seven days after receiving the product, provided it has not been used and you have not benefited from it, subject to the exceptions in the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Our change-of-mind return conditions are listed below. Opened, used or tampered-with products will be declined for discretionary change-of-mind returns only to the extent permitted by law. Opening packaging alone does not override a statutory right.

Change-of-mind cancellation may not apply to products made to your specifications and other categories excluded by Saudi law. A standard product is not excluded simply because it is ordered from a supplier. Defects and failure to meet agreed specifications remain subject to your legal rights. Installation or service cancellation is assessed under the applicable law and the agreed scope of work.

Contact us when you discover a fault, transit damage or an incorrect item. We will assess the issue and provide the repair, replacement or refund remedy required by applicable law. A product is not automatically ineligible because it was opened to discover a fault. We may assess whether misuse or unauthorised alteration caused the reported damage; this does not remove unrelated statutory claims.

Notify us within the applicable return period using the contact details below. Provide your purchase invoice and order details. We will give you the return address and instructions; do not send items to an unconfirmed address. Keep the product safely packaged pending assessment.

For a lawful change-of-mind cancellation, you bear the associated cancellation and return costs unless we agree otherwise. We do not impose these costs on a valid defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods claim where Saudi law requires us to bear them. Any applicable cost will be explained before arranging the return.

Where a refund is due, we refund through the original payment method where possible, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Your payment provider may need additional processing time. No arbitrary restocking fee or deduction will override your statutory entitlement.

Warranty is provided in accordance with applicable Saudi law. Electrical and electronic devices covered by Saudi warranty rules carry a minimum two-year warranty; any longer warranty expressly provided for a product remains applicable. Where required, coverage is extended by the time lost to delays in spare parts or warranty maintenance.

Manufacturing faults and covered defects are assessed under the applicable warranty rules. Damage caused by misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or unauthorised modification may be excluded where legally permitted and relevant to the fault. Opening ordinary packaging does not by itself cancel the warranty. Keep your invoice and provide it for the claim; contact us for assistance retrieving an electronic purchase record.
